More Photos from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic US Legislators

Site plans for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island among the released materials.

Also featured in this new photograph release is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the larger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

These photos suggest he had drawn up plans to transform the substantial island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.

Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

This development map is annotated in red pen markings and includes a legend labelling various parts of the property.

In addition to the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine site drawings and construction drawings, featuring plans for marina coverings.

Additional materials made public as part of the continuing oversight disclosure.
